Are you up for a series of challenges?  At the conclusion of our Group Bible study on Friday this week, you will be invited to participate in the first of weekly challenges related to the Spiritual Disciplines (e.g., Bible Study and Prayer).  A new challenge will be issued every Friday during Lent.  I believe you will find the challenges to be an exciting source of encouragement to practice spiritual disciplines.  You will not be required to report on your progress, but you may find it helpful to partner with others for encouragement and of course, you are always welcome to share helpful thoughts with others on this blog.

We will start our Group Bible Study tomorrow (Ash Wednesday). The study will be for three days and will set the stage for the challenges.
