Discipline and obedience to God goes hand in hand. Humility is also important. Without it, following God is impossible. It’s either you follow your selfish and worldly desires , or God’s will for you. God’s purpose for His children is to flourish them , and He never meant to ruin their lives. God loves His children tremendously. Only God’s love is perfect. So, the choices we made should be in accordance to what the Lord wants us to do…live for Him and glorify God with your actions, and with your choices. If you make mistakes, acknowledge it, repent and return to the Lord and see that life is beautiful . Sufferings and troubles are the consequences of sin rooted from disobedience.
“No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.”
Hebrews 12:11 NIV
