19 “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. 20 For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” (Matthew 18:19 – 20)

Theme:  If not You, then Who?

Today is dedicated to reviewing what we have learned over the past five days.  This is a good time to catch up on the comments if you haven’t had a chance to read them all.

What can you apply to your life from the discussions related to Worship and Fellowship?

  1. To fill up with the Word as without you run on empty and you then have nothing to offer.

  2. Singing worship songs is a part of fellowship. I like the singing time with my sisters in Christ before starting the bible study. But now, since we are doing bible study by zoom, the singing time was omitted.

Day 21 Scripture Acts 2 43-44 “ Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and have everything in common.”

  3. “The more we understand God’s holiness, the more we are drawn to pursue excellence in worship.” (Norman Christie)

The entire body of believers must be united, sincere, caring and sharing, in addition to genuinely fellowshipping with one another for the church to attract unbelievers to be added daily to the body of Christ.

Our worship of God must have sincere motives as “offering sacrifices” that do not meet God’s approval, and sinfully engaging in activities while performing our priestly role can provoke God’s ire as He disapproves of our offering like Aaron’s 2 sons who met their “deadly demise.”

  4. Our lives should be wholly dedicated to the Lord as an act of worship. we should set aside times to worship and fellowship with God but not limit worship to specific times. During our daily deliberations and encounters as we include God in worship and praise and commit them to Him for guidance an direction, he will faith fully direct our path.
Fellowship with each other as believers is a powerful witness to both believers nd unbelievers. it is a lesson of obedience to the Lord that we should not forsake the assembling of the church , each other and a demonstration of ur love for God and each other. Jesus wrapped up all the ten commandments in this one command “Love “. This is how the world will know we are of God.
Small groups help us to broaden our own perspective we pray and study the word together. we are strengthened in our faith and also minister to others.
