40 Days of Discipline: Day 10 – Review

Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. (James 1:22)

Today is dedicated to reviewing what we have learned over the past five days.  We have covered the Disciplines of Bible Study and Spiritual Warfare.  The comments have been inspired and inspiring.  Again, I encourage you to check out the comments if you have not already done so.

Something to think about:

  • What did you learn this week that you can apply?

As always, we welcome hearing from you on the blog.

  1. Once you believe in Jesus and accept him as your savior, the true test follows. What actions am i willing to take to demonstrate my belief.

  2. As a child of God whose identity is secure in Him, there is no temptation that I am unable to withstand. It’s very instructive to realize that even when I am seeking God in solitude the devil can present himself to tempt me (like he did Jesus in the desert) but if I assert my identity in Christ I will not “fall” for his subtle schemes.
