Welcome to the week of focus on the discipline of Creation. This is truly the “take the time to smell the roses” Discipline – figuratively and literally. You really don’t know how much you are missing until you take the time to practice the discipline of seeing God through his creation. I pray that we will use our time this fan a flame into a raging fire.
Each day over the next six days we are going to use a scripture passages as a basis for thinking deeply about an aspect of God’s creation. Be prayerful and allow the Holy Spirit to guide your thoughts.
Today our passage of scripture is Psalm 139:14:
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
Meditate on the wonder of the human body from head to toe, inside and out, and give the Creator praise.
